More Time On Site
Inspections average 3.5-4 hours on site, but we allow for 5 hours if I need it. This enables us to better serve our clients, time to thoroughly inspect the home and spend time discussing anything we found with our clients.

We provide you with an Industry-leading report, packed with photos, video, diagrams, and clear next steps. The reports are organized so you instantly see what matters most. No 50-page wall of jargon and limitations that doesn't tell you what's wrong. Our reports are designed to inform, educate, support negotations, and provide you with a maintenance blueprint for your home.

Thorough, Never Alarmist
We document everything, our current average is ~60 findings per home, but we differentiate between maintenance items, minor defects, and things that should be taken care of immediately. If something, is wrong, we'll be clear about it, but within the proper context, so you understand, why we're concerned, and inform next steps.

We provide additional support for our clients spending time answering questions both during and after the inspection. We do this by:
