Buyer's Inspection | New Construction Inspection

This inspection is for anyone who is purchasing an existing home or taking ownership of a newly constructed home. Yes, even new builds need to be inspected! Just because it’s new, doesn’t mean it’s right!

  • We provide a recommended list of contractors in the report for any issues found.
  • For New Construction: Provides documentation at the time of transfer and finds issues that could be fixed by the builder. Further supports the 11-Month Warranty inspection (see below for details).

11 Month Warranty Inspection
