Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, but we’re here to ensure you know what to expect during your home inspection.
Once we are done with the inspection and payment has been made, we’ll be able to publish the report and you’ll have it immediately (unless there’s further work to be done before publishing).
While you don’t have to be at the inspection, we do highly recommend you be there for at least the last part of the inspection. This allows the inspector to show and tell in real-time and answer any questions you may have. If you are there, we’ll go over the report and answer questions before sending the final version.
