Client Protection Programs
Two complimentary protections to support our clients at no additional cost.
Tech Inspect Home Services LLC participates in InterNACHI’s Inspection Warranty and the InterNACHI “We’ll Buy Your Home” Guarantee. They do different jobs: the warranty program reimburses certain covered repairs for a short window after the inspection/closing, while the buy-back may purchase your primary residence at the original price if a covered item was missed. InterNACHI Inspection Warranty (administered by Elite Inspection Warranty Co.):
- Coverage window: Up to 120 days from inspection or 90 days from closing, whichever comes first. No deductibles.
- Appliances: No age limit. There will be no age limit on the appliances covered under the warranty. If a new homeowner finds an appliance is not working, after it’s been inspected, and reported in the required time constraints it will be covered regardless of age.
- Administration & claims: Program run by Elite Inspection Warranty Company, LLC; claims must be submitted quickly and with estimates; address registration is required soon after the inspection.
- Rainy Day: Qualifying roof leakage repairs and mold remediation expenses in excess of $250 are reimbursed up to $1500 per property.
- Support for All Major Systems and Components: Electrical, HVAC, structural, and plumbing systems are included!
InterNACHI “We’ll Buy Your Home” Guarantee:
- Timing: May be honored up to 90 days after closing. InterNACHI
- Eligibility basics: Your primary residence only; inspection must be by a participating InterNACHI® CPI; if invoked, InterNACHI® pays the purchase price (you cover any agent fees/commissions).
- Hard limits: Not for defects that weren’t present at the time of inspection or items the Standards of Practice don’t require inspecting. Home must be listed with a licensed agent to use the guarantee.
Bottom line: These programs add short-term protection and leverage if something slips through, but they are not blanket home warranties or insurance. They’re narrow, time-boxed benefits with clear caps and exclusions. We’ll register eligible inspections and point you to the exact claim steps and terms so there are no surprises. These programs are intended to support our clients and provide a safety net in case problems are encountered.
