Tech Inspect provides flat-rate pricing for home inspections based on the size of the home. Our home inspection fees start at $475 for up to 1500 sq. ft, and fees only increase based on the size of the home. ​ No hidden fees. Complete home inspections increase in price based on the square footage of the home. All other services are provided at a flat fixed rate with add-on services being provided at a discounted rate.

We accept card payments only through the provided link when the inspection is scheduled. Don’t worry, we absorb the fees, so there’s no increase to you!We no longer accept cash or checks (no exceptions).​​Full payment MUST be set up before the inspection. If payment is not received before the inspection starts, it will be cancelled with no Refunds.

When you schedule an inspection with us, you will be provided with a link to sign the inspection agreement and submit payment. We require payment be made in full prior to the Inspection.

Yes, the inspection agreement must be signed and payment provided prior to the inspection starting. Failure to sign the agreement will result in an inspection being cancelled. The inspection agreement is akin to our contract that details what the inspection will and will not cover, and is there to protect you and the inspector.

Yes, we participate in the InterNACHI Warranty Program. This provides warranty support for repair costs starting after the inspection for a limited term period (90 days post close). Yes. Radon testing drops from $175 to $150, solar from $300 to $250, and pool & spa from $250 to $200 when added to a home inspection.

Radon testing is $175 standalone or $150 as an add-on, using IAC2-certified equipment. Many Missouri counties carry elevated radon risk, making testing an important step in any purchase.
