Certified Inspection Services

What Is a Drone Roof Inspection?

Did a storm roll through the neighborhood? Not sure if your roof is damaged? Invest in a roof inspection with us before you submit that insurance claim or call a roofing company. We'll give you clear, unbiased, documented information about the condition of your roof — including precise measurements — so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

Why Should You Get a Roof Inspection Before Filing a Claim?

Having us do an independent inspection — and providing you with a report — gives you the evidence and clarity to make a well-supported decision.

5 Ways Our Inspection Helps You With the Insurance Company

1

Ensure Accurate Damage Assessment — We look for shingle damage from hail or wind, gutter damage, and damage to roof penetrations, including loose or missing caulking around vents and flashing.

2

Provide Credible Documentation to Back Your Claim — Insurance companies expect solid evidence: timestamped photos, clearly defined damage locations, and expert commentary. A full report minimizes the risk of denials or low settlements.

3

Strengthen Negotiations with the Adjuster — Clear, unbiased documentation backs your position when negotiating the cost of damage repair.

4

Document Within Your Claim Window — Insurers impose strict timelines after events like hailstorms. Acting promptly ensures damage is captured before worsening or repairs. If no damage is found, you have a timestamped clean-bill record for the next storm.

5

Decide Whether Filing Is Worth It — Sometimes the damage is below your deductible, or the rate hike outweighs the payout. Our inspection gives you the scope data to decide confidently — without unnecessary claims.

What's Included in Our Drone Roof Inspection?

Our primary tool is our drone. We use it to capture full aerial photos of the roof and close-up shots of any damage. No roof shape, slope, or pitch is beyond what our drone can inspect. When safe to do so, our inspector will also physically access the roof for an even closer look — but inspector safety is always the priority.
